How do I choose the right abaya size?
Choose by height/length first, then confirm bust, hip, sleeve, and shoulder comfort. Visit the Size Guide for detailed tables.
Is the availability shown on the website final?
No. Availability is confirmed by our team before any payment is taken, so please contact us if you need a specific size or colour.
Are the product photos of the actual garments?
No. The photos are licensed stock-model photography shown for illustration, so actual products may vary slightly. People shown are stock models and do not imply endorsement.
How much does delivery cost in the UAE?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 500 or more (cart total after discounts, before tax). For orders below AED 500, delivery is a flat AED 25 anywhere in the UAE.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payment is by cash on delivery: you pay in cash when your order is delivered.
Where do you deliver, and do you ship outside the UAE?
We deliver across the UAE, to every emirate. Online checkout accepts delivery addresses in the United Arab Emirates only, and we do not currently deliver outside the UAE.
Can I return an abaya?
Eligible unworn items can be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and the Returns policy.
