Using This Website

By using Hoorain Abaya, you agree to use the site lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid misuse such as attempting to access private admin, data, or system files.

Products & Availability

Product names, colors, fabrics, images, prices, and stock are shown for ecommerce merchandising. Colors may vary by screen. Availability is confirmed manually before payment while checkout integrations are pending.

Orders

Submitting checkout creates an order request, not an automatic paid order. The Hoorain team may confirm stock, size, delivery address, payment method, and final charges before accepting the order.

Pricing

Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise. Errors, stock changes, promotional adjustments, customs fees, courier charges, and manual confirmation may affect the final payable amount.

Payments

Online payment gateway processing is prepared for later integration. Until then, payment arrangements are confirmed manually and should only be completed through channels confirmed by Hoorain.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping and returns are governed by the separate Shipping and Returns pages. Custom, altered, final-sale, worn, washed, or damaged-after-delivery items may be refused unless legally required otherwise.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for contacting Hoorain if they suspect unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

The Hoorain name, logo, layout, product names, text, and site design belong to Hoorain Abaya or its licensors. Product imagery uses source-backed free-use stock photography, Hoorain SKU visual treatments, or uploaded assets and may not imply model endorsement.

Limitation

The website is provided on an as-available basis. Hoorain is not liable for indirect losses, unavailable third-party services, network issues, or customer-provided address errors to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are intended for a UAE-based ecommerce storefront and should be reviewed by counsel before accepting automated paid orders at scale.
