- Order request details: cart items, size selections, address, city, phone, notes, and order history.
- Device-local data: cart and wishlist data stored in your browser local storage.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser, requested URL, and timestamp.
- Future integrations: payment, courier, analytics, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and CRM data may be processed once those services are connected.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage customer accounts.
- To confirm orders, sizes, payment, delivery, returns, and customer support requests.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Sharing & Processors
Hoorain does not sell customer personal data. Information may be shared only where needed with service providers such as payment processors, couriers, hosting providers, email/SMS/WhatsApp tools, fraud-prevention services, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required.
Retention
Order and account records are kept as long as needed for customer service, accounting, legal, dispute, and operational purposes. Customers may request correction, access, deletion, or restriction where applicable.
Security
Admin access is protected by authentication, CSRF protection is used for sensitive forms, private product/order data is blocked from public browsing, and the site uses HTTPS. No online system is completely risk-free, so customers should use strong passwords and avoid sharing account access.
Cookies & Local Storage
The current storefront uses browser local storage for cart and wishlist features. Future analytics or advertising cookies should be listed here before activation.
International Transfers
If cloud, payment, email, courier, or analytics providers process data outside the UAE, appropriate service safeguards should be reviewed before activation.
Children
The website is intended for customers who can lawfully place orders. We do not knowingly request data from children.
