We want every abaya to arrive in excellent condition and fit the way you expect. Submit return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery so the team can review eligibility quickly.
Return Eligibility
Eligible
Unworn, unused products with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Not Eligible
Worn, washed, altered, perfumed, stained, damaged after delivery, final-sale, custom-length, or personalized pieces.
Defects
Report defects or wrong items within 48 hours with clear photos so the team can prioritize correction.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, the team may suggest store credit or an alternative piece.
Return Process
- Email your order number, product SKU, reason, and photos if relevant.
- Wait for approval before sending the item back.
- Pack the item securely with tags and packaging.
- Use tracked shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Approved refunds are processed after inspection.
Refund Timing
When online payments are activated, approved refunds will normally return to the original payment method. While manual checkout is active, the refund method and timing will be confirmed with the customer before payment is collected.
